A handmade hand cut fabric 3-heart chain for new parents or new grand parents congratulations.  The hearts are pink and blue fabric (option of 2 blue,1pink, or 2 pink,1 blue) connected with pink and blue ribbons.  I put each heart on white card stock and re-cut again with tiny scallop scissors.  The greeting: Congratulations - the message inside: "There's nothing like a little one to fill our hearts with love!"  Personalize the card with " New Parent(s)" or Grandparent(s),  or their first name(s)  no charge.
